I stopped by for lunch while sightseeing. The lady up front was a bit cold but was nice after a few seconds. I had the chicken livers,fried okra, rolls and pecan pie. The food was above average, nothing spectacular but decent.
Chicken was flawless!!! It wasn't greasy or dry. It was just right. The lady who took our order she was patient as I praised her food and her excellent customer service and I did all this before ordering lol lol. Thank you for an awesome meal. I ordered the 2 piece (breast & leg) with tater tots & coleslaw. Hubby had 2 piece with taters and our friend had 2 pieces with fried okra.. it was awesome!!!! See u soon for more 😁

New location and awesome fresh fried chicken. The pieces are huge, the skin is just the right amount of crispiness, and the meat is super juicy. The tater triangles were fried to perfection and salted just right, and their dinner rolls were warm and fluffy! Staff was awesome in helping us put together the items we wanted into meals that made the most sense & even saved us $4 on our total!!
Every time i come through Newnan I always have to stop here. The food is delicious and the service is excellent, And it’s not badly priced either.
Our amazing boss will order Wishbone from time to time. If you order white meat, you get two whole chicken breast. The hot sauce is great and tri- taters are always amazing. Support a local business when you can, you won't be disappointed!

Wishbone Fried Chicken is a Newnan, Ga. institution, and rightfully so. Serving up delicious chicken and fish, fresh and hot. Located now in it's new digs just a few doors down from it's original location makes finding it a no-brainer. The famous " wishbone" sign is still standing to guide hungry patrons to their destination. Service was fast and friendly as I actually engaged with the owner. In-store dining is available with ample space , fairly larger than the old one. I know there's a lot of chicken to be had out there, but when you're craving for some no-frills or gimmicks goodness head on down.
